Terms and Conditions for Partners
The PropertyMe Partner Program (the Program) is designed for businesses that offer services to the real estate industry to join. The potential Partner must agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Partner Agreement (the Agreement) in addition to accepting the PropertyMe Terms of Use.
Application Process
To apply to join the Program, potential partners must:
- Complete a Partner Application
- Assign at least one PropertyMe “hero” to be an expert in all things PropertyMe
- Add a PropertyMe Partner logo to their website
PropertyMe will determine whether applicants are accepted into the Program once the application process has been completed. PropertyMe reserves the right to accept or decline any PropertyMe Partner applications or rescind the offer of partnership if the Partner is not meeting the minimum standards of the terms and conditions.
Program Benefits
Once the Partner has been accepted to the Program, the Partner will receive access to all the benefits of the Program at their specified status level, including:
- Access to PropertyMe Partner Dashboard to manage clients centrally
- One subscription to PropertyMe for internal use at no cost
- Access to Partner-only information and dedicated PropertyMe partner support
- Invitation to:
- Quarterly bespoke training
- Annual thought leadership event
- Quarterly product roadmap insights
Ongoing Obligations
To maintain status as a PropertyMe Partner, the Partner agrees to:
- Actively promote PropertyMe to clients
- Ensure that at least one staff member is trained in PropertyMe at all times, including annual accreditation
- Attendance by PropertyMe “hero” at all events listed above
- Promote PropertyMe on the Partner’s website
- Offer clients value-added services that feature and include PropertyMe
- Otherwise act in good faith in the offering and use of PropertyMe
Confidentiality
All Partner communications and information regarding the PropertyMe platform and any upcoming features are strictly confidential unless approved otherwise in writing (applies in perpetuity, including if the partner agreement is terminated)
Use of Partner logo
Approval must be given for the use of the PropertyMe Partner logo
PropertyMe product
- Any events or training content delivered regarding the PropertyMe platform are to be approved by PropertyMe prior to any marketing commencement and release
- PropertyMe retain the right to attend all events run by a PropertyMe partner
- Only released features can be marketed by Partners (content may be pre-prepared and approved ready for launch)
Duration of the Partner Agreement
This Partner Agreement is effective immediately upon the Partner being accepted into the Program by PropertyMe, and remains in force until:
- Superseded by PropertyMe at any time effective upon the online posting of modified terms (which PropertyMe will use its best endeavours to communicate to the Partner via email or the PropertyMe website), or:
- The Partner Agreement is terminated by either party for any reason by providing one month’s notice in writing to the other party, or:
- The Partner Agreement is terminated by either party, with immediate effect upon written notice being provided to the other party, for this other party’s material breach of any of the terms of this Partner Agreement
Applicability of the PropertyMe Terms of Use
This Partner Agreement applies in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, the PropertyMe Terms of Use, which govern matters including liability and intellectual property in relation to the Partner’s dealings with PropertyMe.
The Partner acknowledges and agrees that all access (including by Invited Users) to the PropertyMe services will be subject to the current PropertyMe Terms of Use as updated or amended from time to time by PropertyMe at its absolute discretion.
If there is any inconsistency between this Partner Agreement and the PropertyMe Terms of Use, the PropertyMe Terms of Use will take priority.
Relationship of Parties
No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created between PropertyMe and the Partner as a result of this Partner Agreement. The Partner is not authorised to create any obligation, expressed or implied on behalf of PropertyMe.
