1. Property Managers ‘turn on’ the PropertyMe integration
2. The Property Manager can select individual or bulk email their landlords with the Taskforce RentSafe offering
3. Landlords can “Accept” or “Decline” offer
4. The Taskforce Rentsafe Platform automatically emails the tenants with various appointment options
5. The tenant selects the option that suits them best
6. The inspection is scheduled with the electrician and plumber attending at the same time
7. Once the inspection is completed, the compliance report is emailed to the Property Manager and optionally the owner
8. Invoicing, notifications and uploads are all automated
