Enter in the credit amount and comment. The rent credit will apply immediately and advance the tenant’s paid to date.
Quickly trigger arrears notices
You can quickly trigger arrears notices from the arrears tab in the property screen. You can navigate to the arrears tab from the Dashboard by clicking on the rent arrears widget.
